Photos are not to be re-edited. Photographer retains all rights, even those not explicitly stated here within. Client agrees to pay and/or reimburse Smiley Kids for any and all legal fees, work days lost, and/or preparation time incurred in the pursuit of this copyright due to infringement by the Client.
